1.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused in its original packaging.
2. Email us on support@aline-charm.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
3. Provide your order number, the item/s you want to return, and the reason for the return.
4. Once your refund request is accepted, we will send a courier to collect the package and the shipping cost is at the customer's charge which will be paid directly to the courier.
5. Once we receive and inspect the order to confirm its eligibility, if accepted you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and 2 photos as evidence to support@aline-charm.com.
